Fitness has been part of my life since I was four, starting with doing push-ups with my dad. Growing up, I participated in dance, all-star cheerleading, and track, always fueled by my love for fitness and exercise. I went to college aiming to become a medical doctor, earning a degree in Human Nutrition, Foods, and Exercise. During that time, I had a health scare that really kick-started my fitness journey and got me into strength and conditioning training.
As I focused on my own health and worked out with friends, I discovered my true passion: helping others in the fitness world. I became a certified Group Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer through NASM, emphasizing a holistic approach to health and wellness.
My goal is to uplift, encourage, and support you throughout your fitness journey while helping you build strength, endurance, and confidence.
